Earlier this year residents of Alma, Ark., rushed out to secure themselves inside the towns brand new community shelter when a big storm was about to come through town.
Unfortunately for the towns residents they were unable to gain access into the new shelter and they ended up sprawled on the ground beside the shelter as the winds raged.
Why?
Well… the deputy who had the key was busy on a call when the residents needed to get into the shelter.
I guess the town of Alma had better make a few more copies of the key so there’ll be a better chance of residents gaining access to the shelter when it’s needed!
